We are partnering with a leading player in the consumer durables space to hire a Plant Head to lead a large-scale manufacturing facility focused on products like LED TVs and Washing Machines.

This is a high-impact leadership role with complete ownership of plant operations, including production, quality, supply chain, and engineering. The mandate is to drive scale, efficiency, and operational excellence while building a strong performance-driven culture.

What you will be responsible for:

- End-to-end plant leadership with full P&L ownership

- Driving production, cost, quality, and delivery metrics

- Leading Lean / Six Sigma / TPM initiatives to improve OEE and reduce costs

- Managing large teams and building future-ready capabilities

- Driving plant expansion, automation, and capacity enhancement

What we are looking for:

- 15 - 20 years of experience in manufacturing operations

- Proven experience in leading a plant/unit in consumer durables or electronics

- Strong expertise in assembly line manufacturing and operational excellence

- Ability to manage complexity, scale operations, and engage with senior stakeholders
