Plant Head - Manufacturing

We are looking for an experienced Plant Head for a leading manufacturing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end plant operations, including Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, EHS, and Industrial Relations.

- Drive operational excellence, productivity, cost optimization, and customer satisfaction.

- Build and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Oversee plant performance, budgets, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Desired Profile:

- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Automotive, or Industrial Engineering.

- 20-25 years of manufacturing leadership experience.

- Strong expertise in Plant Operations, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Quality Systems, and EHS.

- Experience in automotive, hydraulics, heavy engineering, capital equipment, or related manufacturing industries.

- Proven experience in leading large manufacturing plants with end-to-end operational responsibility.

- Exposure to industrial relations and unionized workforce management is preferred.
