Plant Head - Manufacturing

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

- Ideate and implement strategic improvements for production, quality, and labour utilization throughout the facility

- Provide leadership to ensure effective utilization of plant personnel and equipment

- Collaborate with functional departments in the implementation of improvements

- Investigate and implement innovative manufacturing processes to reduce costs and improve product quality

- Apply lean manufacturing principles in designing, specifying, and validating world-class manufacturing processes that achieve organizational goals

- Overall smooth functioning of Plant Operations

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE :

- Overall responsible for producing safe products at controlled conditions for production molding & post molding dept.

- Maintenance of all IMS records of productions, Machine & mould maintenance.

- Responsible for performance of production as per daily production plan.

- Follow up for continual improvement activities in all reporting dept.

- Initiate corrective & preventive action to prevent non-conformance related to product & process.

- Ensure adherence to defined Standard Operating Procedures and safety standards.

- Co-ordination all quality functions & assurance of specified quality of products & services.

- Mentor all Managers/Plant Supervisors in all areas such as problem solving, equipment issues and goal achievement.

- Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards

- Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping.

Expertise in Injection Moulding Machine , Team Management skills, Labour union management

Regional Language Marathi preferred
