Plant Head Lithium Battery (15-25 yrs)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Plant Head to lead our EV Lithium Battery manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all plant operations, ensuring efficient production, maintaining quality standards, and implementing safety protocols. The Plant Head will play a key role in scaling operations, optimizing processes, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-growing EV battery sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality assurance, and supply chain management.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company goals to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Quality Control: Ensure all products meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations and safety protocols.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and automation to boost manufacturing efficiency.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of engineers, technicians, and operational staff.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety policies, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and delivery of finished products.
- Technology & Innovation: Implement latest manufacturing technologies and best practices in lithium battery production.
- Budget Management: Prepare and manage the operational budget, control costs, and optimize resource utilization.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with senior management, suppliers, and customers.
Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor's/Masters degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience (10+ years) in managing large-scale manufacturing plants, preferably in EV batteries, lithium-ion battery, or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of lithium battery technology, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in manufacturing ERP systems and process optimization tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Attributes:- Experience with EV battery manufacturing plants.
- Knowledge of international quality standards (ISO, IEC, etc.).
