Plant Head - Human Resource - Manufacturing

Role Overview:

This is a strategic site leadership role, where you'll independently lead the complete HR and Industrial Relations agenda for a manufacturing facility of around 3,000 employees. The mandate covers IR strategy, union negotiations, wage settlements, labour law compliance, talent management, organization development, workforce planning, and engagement, with significant visibility within the organization.

Lead the site-related all HR & IR matters:

- Manpower Budgeting

- Performance Cycle

- Organization Structure

- Talent Acquisition

- Learning & Development

- Process & Procedures

Lead all IR Matters:

- Maintain harmonious and conducive Industrial Relations

- Lead management in negotiations with unions and settlements

- Act as key liaison point for any Unions or Industrial bodies

- Act in the interest of the business in any workplace dispute resolution matters

- Set direction, create policy and offer expert advice in all matters relating to collective bargaining and corporate-wide industrial relations issues.

Compliance & Statutory:

- Ensure compliance with all the statutory requirements

- Accountability of labour laws compliances

- Audit including internal and statutory
