Plant Head - FMCD

Job Description:

Candidates with experience working in manufacturing industry using Injection Molding process. Have been heading the plant at least for 3 years with manpower handling of 1000+ people. Full time engineer willing to relocate along with the family.

Key Requirements:

- Worked in Semi Auto Assembly line.

- Comes with Business Mindset.

- High on integrity.

- Experience of leading large-scale Manufacturing Unit using Injection Molding process.

- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, Plastic Processing Machines, Stitching & Assembly.

- Business Leadership and General Management abilities.

- Proven Project Management and team building experience.

- Financial performance analysis.

- Problem solving and analytical skills.

- Exposure to Six Sigma principles.

- Must have worked in SAP environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the Plants performance against the approved operating budget and forecasts.

- Participate in annual operating business plan and develop short-term and long-term plans for the plant ensuring necessary resources to deliver on business objectives with a specific focus on planning for key cost metrics (e.g. manpower cost, materials cost, etc.).

- Develop policies & procedures to ensure that the Plant, equipment & the resources are effectively utilized.

- Drive profitability and ensure bottom-line through driving corporate initiatives at plant and identifying new cost optimization initiatives.
