Plant Head/Factory Head - Electrical Hardware

Plant Head / Factory Head to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations for a large-scale electrical hardware facility. The role requires strong expertise in production management, operational excellence, and industrial relations, with a focus on driving efficiency, quality, and cost optimization. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in managing high-value plant operations, leading large teams, and implementing best-in-class manufacturing practices to deliver sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end plant operations from raw material planning to final product dispatch

- Drive production efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery as per business targets

- Implement Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, and Six Sigma practices to improve productivity

- Monitor and improve plant KPIs, OEE, cost efficiency, and resource utilization

- Ensure zero-defect manufacturing and minimal downtime through robust processes

- Oversee all functions including Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Logistics, and EHS

- Build and lead a high-performance operations team, ensuring accountability and performance culture

- Manage industrial relations, trade unions, and workforce productivity across the plant

- Ensure compliance with factory laws, labor regulations, safety, and environmental standards

- Drive vendor coordination and supply chain efficiency for uninterrupted production

Qualifications:

- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical or related discipline

- 15+ years in plant operations/production leadership

- Proven experience managing - 100 Cr+ manufacturing unit independently

- Strong background in electrical hardware manufacturing
