Plant Head - Electronics Manufacturing Services

This is a key leadership role tasked with driving operational excellence, enabling seamless cross-functional integration, and scaling operations in a high-volume, fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment.

The incumbent will have end-to-end ownership of the plant ecosystem, covering Production, Sourcing, SMT, Final Assembly, Inventory Management, Logistics, HR, Administration, and Compliance.

Reporting to Business Head

The candidate should demonstrate a strong track record in:

- End-to-end plant operations management

- Driving throughput and cost efficiencies

- Leading cross-functional teams

- Implementing lean, quality, and safety systems

- Ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance

The ideal candidate should be B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 15+ years of experience in large-scale manufacturing operations, preferably in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) or Consumer Electronics.
