As the organisation continues to expand its manufacturing operations, it is looking to appoint an experienced Plant Head to take complete ownership of its Neemrana manufacturing facility and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
This is a plant leadership, administration and operations role rather than a technical formulation, R&D or QC position. The ideal candidate will be a strong people leader who can independently manage a 100+ member workforce, drive shop-floor discipline, coordinate across functions and ensure the plant operates efficiently, safely and compliantly.
