Plant Head - Consumer Products

Job Description:

- Lead end-to-end plant operations.

- Drive manufacturing excellence through TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and problem-solving methodologies.

- Manage Production, Engineering & Maintenance, Quality, Planning, Warehouse, EHS, HR/IR and other support functions.

- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI), process improvements, automation, and digital manufacturing initiatives.

- Ensure statutory, quality, environmental, and safety compliance.

- Develop high-performing teams, maintain healthy industrial relations, and build a culture of continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with corporate and cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives.
