Job Title : Plant Head - Cold Rolling Mill (CRM) & Tube Manufacturing Plant

Location : Hyderabad

Reporting To : Managing Director / Director

Objective : To lead the overall operations of the Cold Rolling Mill Complex and Tube Manufacturing Plant by ensuring safe, efficient, cost-effective and quality-driven manufacturing while achieving business plan targets for productivity, profitability, cost efficiency, on-time delivery, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Direct Reportees : Production Manager (CRM), Tube Mill Manager, Maintenance Head, Quality Head, PPC Head, EHS Head, Utility & Projects Head, Stores & Procurement, HR/IR & Administration, IT & ERP, Dispatch & Logistics

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead CRM, Galvanizing Line and Tube Mill operations.

- Drive production, quality, cost optimization and OEE improvement.

- Oversee maintenance, reliability and inventory.

- Ensure customer quality, ISO/BIS compliance and CAPA.

- Optimize conversion cost, power, yield and consumables.

- Lead EHS, sustainability and statutory compliance.

- Coordinate PPC, procurement and on-time dispatch.

- Drive Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, automation and digitalization.

- Develop high-performing teams and succession planning.

Experience : 13 - 20 years in steel manufacturing with 8-10 years in senior leadership.

Education : B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Metallurgical or Production Engineering. MBA (Operations) preferred.
