Plant Head - Chemical Plant

Position : Plant Head

Location : Olpad and Panoli (Surat, Gujarat) - On-site

Qualification : B.Tech/ B.Sc/ M.Sc/ B.E/MBA (Chemical Engineering)

Experience : 20+ Years (Chemical Plant- Hazardous chemicals Preferable)

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead overall plant operations including Production, Quality Assurance & Quality Control, Maintenance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), HR & Administration.

- Drive continuous improvement in productivity, cost efficiency, and process optimization.

- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, safety, labor laws, and Pollution Control.

- Provide strategic direction to achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards.

- Manage administration, budgeting, and resource allocation for plant operations.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and senior management for smooth execution of business goals.
