We are seeking an accomplished Plant Head to lead the end-to-end manufacturing operations of a large-scale plant in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have extensive leadership experience in the Automotive, Automobile, Auto Components, Hydraulics, Heavy Machinery, or Engineering Manufacturing industry and a proven track record of driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead complete plant operations, including Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), and People Management.

Candidate Profile:

- 18-30 years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles.

- Strong experience in Automotive, Automobile, Auto Components, Hydraulics, Heavy Machinery, or similar engineering manufacturing industries.

- Proven experience in leading end-to-end plant operations with full P&L and operational accountability.

- Strong exposure to Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.

- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.

- Experience in handling workforce management and unionized environments is essential.
