We are hiring a Plant Head. Industry: Automotive Components / Automotive Electronics. Location: Chakan, Pune.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to manage end-to-end operations of an automotive manufacturing plant with a strong focus on electronics assembly and moulding.

Responsibilities:

- Lead Production, Production Planning, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, HR, EHS and Operational Excellence.

- Drive plant performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Productivity.

- Lead automation, manpower optimization, quality improvement and space utilization initiatives.

- Ensure smooth manufacturing operations and timely delivery to customers.

- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen and continuous improvement.

- Manage customer requirements and maintain strong relationships with 2W & 4W automotive OEMs.

Qualifications:

- 20+ years of manufacturing/operations experience with 5 - 7 years as Plant Head / Plant Leadership.

- B. Tech; Electronics/Electrical background preferred.

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in automotive electronics manufacturing and high-volume assembly.

- Experience in products such as switches, sensors, controllers, actuators or electronic/mechatronic components preferred.

- Strong exposure to automation and productivity improvement.

- Experience with 2W & 4W OEMs such as Maruti, Tata, Mahindra, Bajaj, TVS, Honda or similar OEMs preferred.

- Candidates with experience across Production, Quality and Planning will have an added advantage.
