Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee complete plant operations - production, quality, maintenance, and financial performance.

- Drive lean manufacturing, process optimization, and cost efficiency.

- Lead teams to achieve safety, delivery, and profitability targets.

- Collaborate with SCM, QA, and PPC to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

- Promote continuous improvement and adherence to TS 16949 & ISO 14001 standards.

Ideal Candidate:

Seasoned manufacturing leader with experience in automotive/engineering setups, strong team management skills, and a passion for operational excellence.
