Job Description:

- 15+ years of hands-on Aluminum Foil Rolling experience, specifically LG/ULG 6 - 12 micron, with proven ownership of large-scale plant operations, yield, OEE, quality, cost and profitability.

- Should present a practical 90-day action plan covering:

Strong hands-on exposure to LG/ULG foil manufacturing, particularly 6 - 12 micron products.

- As the Plant Head, you will serve as the primary leader for a large-scale manufacturing facility in Kolkata, overseeing the entire spectrum of plant operations. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring that production targets are met with the highest standards of quality and safety.

- This role involves close collaboration with senior management, cross-functional department heads, and external stakeholders to streamline manufacturing processes, optimize resource utilization, and foster a culture of high performance.

- Your leadership will directly influence the plant's profitability, yield management, and overall market competitiveness within the aluminium rolling and light gauge sector.
