The Plant Head will be responsible for end-to-end management of the three plant units, ensuring operational excellence across production, maintenance, and plant operations. The role requires strategic leadership and hands-on execution capabilities to drive performance, safety, cost-efficiency, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee operations of Sponge Iron, Pellet, and Power Plants - Lead Production, Operations, and Maintenance functions across all units - Manage a team of over 400+ direct and indirect employees - Drive operational efficiency, uptime, and output quality - Implement best practices in safety, environment, and statutory compliance - Build a performance-driven, stable, and cohesive team - Prepare and manage annual budgets, CAPEX/OPEX plans - Ensure effective stakeholder communication with corporate leadership Skills & Competencies: - Strong leadership and decision-making abilities - Proficient in Kannada or Telugu (mandatory) - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Strategic thinker with hands-on operational expertise - Calm, composed, and long-term orientation in leadership Other Requirements: - Must be open to relocation and full-time residence in Bellary
