Plant Finance Manager

Key Job Responsibilities

Inventory Control

- Supervising and ensuring Inventory management at stores From receipt to Issue and month end reconciliation. Ensuring strict SOP compliances in Stores (RM/PM/FG)

Factory Cost Control

- Supervising and managing the FCC function at the factory. Ensuring correct MIS is circulated and Highlighted for improvement and ensure all Parameters are Reviewed daily for corrective action

Payable Management

- Ensuring all Vendors Invoices are paid within the due date

Financial Analysis

- Partnering with the factory manager in reviewing the financial performance of the unit and highlighting the areas of improvement/opportunities.

Inventory Management

- Implementing processes and control (stock control, credit control, budgetary control and settlement process) in the factory to ensure smooth and controlled inventory position in the unit.

Fixed asset management

- Prepare Capex spend plan for the Units for the year based on business initiatives planned for the units. Ensure procurement of new assets and physical verification of existing assets at defined intervals as per Company's policy

Taxation

- Ensuring Tax compliances. TDS / GST / Old cases

New Initiatives

- Being an active member of Unit Strategy Team to drive initiatives like profitability improvement, Wastage reduction, etc

- Implement and Review SOP Compliances
