Plant Finance Head - FMCG - CA

Designation: Plant Finance Head - Leading FMCG Brand.

Work Mode: 5 days in office.

Key Skills: SAP (Must be well versed).

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor operational performance and partnering with all functions to drive cost control, improve efficiency, and ensure financial discipline.

- Lead the end-to-end Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process for the plant, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational priorities.

- Conduct comprehensive financial analyses for capex proposals and oversee effective working capital management.

- Partner with cross-functional supply chain teams to drive digitization and automation of reporting, enabling better visibility and decision-making.

- Initiate and champion process improvements and cost-saving initiatives to deliver value and enhance operational efficiency.

- Implement and strengthen internal controls and compliances at the plant to ensure effective operations.

- Ensuring statutory compliances, statutory audit and GST reconciliation and coordination with departments.

- Must be CA from 2017/2018/2019 batch and at least 2+ years of experience in Plant Finance role.
