About the Role:

Responsible for end-to-end operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring production, quality, safety, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead plant operations including production, quality, engineering, and maintenance.

- Achieve production targets with focus on efficiency and zero defects.

- Ensure compliance with EHS, statutory, and company standards.

- Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives.

- Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Textile, or related discipline.

- 12-18 years in large-scale manufacturing, with at least 5 years in leadership.

- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, TPM, or Six Sigma.
