Planning Manager - Real Estate

Planning:

- Develop and maintain detailed construction plans and schedules, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

- Create master schedule of project

- Coordination with all stakeholders of project and meeting

- Monitoring the work and highlight the issues/Prepare monthly delay report

- Forecasting and tracking of critical contract and procurement plan.

- Handling the progress/monitoring app and software.

- Analyze and review construction plans and specifications to ensure they are feasible and can be executed efficiently.

- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to discuss and resolve any potential design and scheduling issues.

- Monitor on-site construction processes and adjust schedules as required.

- MSP for planning and scheduling tasks mandatory

- Recommend Mitigation Strategies for any project delays or other issues that may impact the construction process.

- Create Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports with accurate status and planned activities

Skills:

- Experience in Construction Industry

- Excellent Communication skills

- Excellent IT skills,especially MS Office/MS Projects
