About Role:
Company is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Planning Manager to oversee project scheduling, monitoring, and reporting for large-scale commercial and institutional projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Primavera or MS Project and hands-on experience in project planning and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules.
- Track project progress and identify potential delays or risks.
- Coordinate with project, design, and site teams to ensure timely execution.
- Prepare planning reports, progress updates, and recovery schedules.
- Support project control and resource planning activities.
Preferred Background:
- Experience in project planning for commercial and institutional construction projects.
- Candidates with combined planning and design experience will be preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- B.Arch with Masters degree mandatory from institutes such as SPA, NICMAR, or equivalent reputed institutions.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
