Qualification: B.E, B.Tech - Mechanical

Location: Viralimalai, Trichy

Job Description:

1. Responsible for Capacity analysis and preparation of monthly plans:

- Responsible for preparation of monthly plan for both FMC and non-FMC products.

- Analyse the production capacity vs target and prepare sub contract plan accordingly.

- Prepare week wise loading chart for production and circulate with respective departments.

- Monitor and ensure the availability of machine and materials.

- Regular monitoring and tracking of work in progress.

- Ensure availability of materials for FMC sales.

- Co-ordinate with the purchase department for procurement of materials.

- Knowledge on material specifications

- Knowledge in reading drawings

2. Ensure on time delivery of finished products:

- Analyse due and over dur castings and prioritize plans accordingly.

- Regular monitoring of both in house and sub contract works to ensure timely completion.

- Ensure the machinings are completed within the agreed lead time.

- Co-ordinate with respective departments incase of any process delay.

- Co-ordinate with stores and ensure the timely despatch of castings.

3. Budget vs Actual preparation:

- Receive budget plan for FMC and non-FMC.

- Ensure the monthly targets are achieved inorder to avoid any backlogs.

- Co-ordinate with customer support team to get orders to meet the budget targets.

- Documentation of all statutory records.

- Knowledge on ISO standards and requirements

4. Inventory Management:

- Analyse and identify excess inventory.

- Reduce/eliminate existing materials by using as alternatives.

- Co-ordinate with stores in selling the excess inventory that are unused.
