Job Description:

- We are hiring a Planning Data Quality Analyst to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data across supply chain planning processes.

- This role is key to improving forecasting, decision-making, and overall supply chain efficiency by upholding global data quality and governance standards.

- The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in data governance, and the ability to collaborate effectively with Planning, Master Data, and ERP teams.

- Using our Global Planning Digital tool (Kinaxis Maestro), you will oversee regular data updates, perform governance checks, and ensure accurate reporting and validation in coordination with the Global Planning team.

- Candidates should have proven experience in supply chain data management, familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Kinaxis, or IBP, and a solid understanding of end-to-end data flow within complex systems.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure regional planning data meets global quality and governance standards.

- Drive data accuracy and consistency across supply chain systems.

- Perform static/dynamic data checks and support new product or site setups.

- Identify and correct data anomalies in demand, supply, and inventory planning.

- Collaborate with Planning and Master Data teams for validation and reporting.

- Monitor key metrics and support digital initiatives to enhance data quality.

Experience & Qualifications

- Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

- Experience in supply planning or inventory management (FMCG/Manufacturing).

- Strong skills in data governance and analysis.

- Hands-on experience with Kinaxis and SAP (ECC/S4 HANA) preferred.

- Good communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
