Planning & Project Manager | Precast | NICMAR (12-18 yrs)

About the Role:

We are hiring for a high-visibility Planning & Project Coordination role within large-scale precast projects, based out of Bangalore. This is a confidential replacement position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and monitor project schedules (planned vs actual)

- Drive billing coordination (RA bills, certifications, invoicing)

- Prepare leadership-level MIS dashboards

- Coordinate with project teams, clients, and consultants

- Ensure alignment across planning, execution, and commercial functions

Candidate Profile:

- 10-18 years of experience in construction planning

- Strong exposure to precast / industrialized construction

- Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 / MS Project

- Strong understanding of billing and project controls

- NICMAR qualification (mandatory)
