MDP Infra is seeking an experienced Planning and Billing Professional, responsible for project planning, progress tracking, and end-to-end billing, and alignment of project progress with Cash flow and contract conditions for a double Basement and 18-storey RCC Structure of a premium hospitality project in Indore.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for Project Planning, baseline schedule preparation, WBS and detailed activity sequencing for high-rise construction.
2. Develop look-ahead plans (weekly/monthly) and recovery schedules.
3. Ensure systematic tracking of actual progress vs planned and conduct regular progress reviews.
4. Ensure timely client billing and certification of subcontractor bills.
5. Preparing and Submission of Rate Analysis, Deviation Statements, etc.
6. Ensure systematic tracking of Project cash flow and profitability.
7. Ensure maintenance of DPPs, Progress reports and MIS submissions.
8. Ensure maintenance of measurement records.
9. Prepare Cash Flow forecast and billing Projects.
10. Ensure M15 Reports on progress, billing and cost indicators.
11. Ensure alignment between physical and financial progress.
12. Drive the use of planning and monitoring tools like Primavera / Microsoft Project.
13. Maintain data integrity and documentation.
Requirements:
1. Experience in hotel or luxury building projects preferred.
2. Experience with planning tools such as Primavera or MS Project.
Skills and Competencies:
1. Strong expertise in project planning and scheduling.
2. Sound knowledge of billing, BOQ, and Contract conditions.
3. Analytical skills for progress monitoring and cost tracking.
4. Proficiency in Primavera / Microsoft Project and Excel.
5. Attention to detail and coordination skills.
