- Identify, evaluate, and execute buy-side investment opportunities across unlisted/pre-IPO, private equity, and alternative investment products.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, family offices, and institutional investors.

- Drive end-to-end deal execution, including due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, and negotiations.

- Achieve revenue targets through direct sales and client acquisition.

- Present investment strategies and opportunities to clients with strong financial reasoning.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and prepare investment notes for internal and client presentations.

- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution but remain primarily an IC (Individual Contributor) role.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal investment policies.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in the financial services industry (buy-side, wealth management, investment banking, private equity, or asset management).

- Strong track record in client acquisition and sales in financial products.

- Deep understanding of financial modeling, valuations, deal structuring, and investment analysis.

- Proven ability to independently source and close deals.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- CFA/MBA (Finance) preferred but not mandatory.
