Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, and optimize online marketing strategies with a strong focus on email marketing and WhatsApp marketing.

The ideal candidate should have experience in running targeted campaigns, increasing engagement, and driving conversions through these channels.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and automation.

- Design and run WhatsApp marketing campaigns to engage potential and existing customers.

- Monitor and analyze the performance of email and WhatsApp campaigns using relevant tools.

- Work on lead generation strategies through email and WhatsApp marketing.

- Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices (SPAM laws, GDPR, etc.

- Create compelling and engaging content for both email and WhatsApp messages.

- Collaborate with the content, design, and sales teams to create effective messaging.

- Optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions through A/B testing.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in email and WhatsApp marketing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in email marketing and WhatsApp marketing.

- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Sendinblue, HubSpot, etc.

- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API & automation tools.

- Strong analytical skills to measure and improve campaign performance.

- Knowledge of email deliverability, segmentation, and personalization strategies.

- Basic knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social media marketing is a plus.

- Good communication and copywriting skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple campaigns.

Preferred Experience:

- 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing with expertise in email & WhatsApp marketing.

- Experience in e-commerce, real estate, or any direct-to-consumer industry is a plus.
