We are on the lookout for experienced and empathetic facilitators to guide mid- to senior-level professionals through impactful group sessions and 1:1 mentoring.

What You Will Do

- Facilitate interactive, high-impact group sessions (case studies, simulations, peer discussions)

- Lead conversations on leadership, executive communication, decision-making, storytelling & more

- Conduct personalized 1:1 mentoring to build critical thinking, self-awareness & structured decision-making

- Create a psychologically safe, inclusive learning space
