Roles and Responsibilities:
- The Senior Manager, International Performance Marketing, will lead performance marketing for international geographies at PlanetSpark (US, Canada, Middle East) and will help in GTM into new geographies (UK, Europe, SE Asia).
- This is a cross-functional role with close interface with other stakeholders, including extensive collaboration with the sales team. The incumbent should be a full funnel marketer with deep expertise in performance marketing channels. The role requires individual execution as well as getting execution done through associates and content creators.
The key roles and responsibilities include:
1) Meta Ads Scale-up:
- Create and optimise Meta ads campaigns across different geographies and take ownership of key metrics such as ROAS and Demos
- Identify new opportunities for growth through new creatives, categories, and geographies
- Work closely with the creative team to develop video ads that display the appropriate messaging and appropriate actors for different international geographies
2) Google Search Optimisation and Scale-up:
- Identify new opportunities for search campaigns across new geographies and make the channel profitable
- Optimise and scale existing search campaigns
- Lead the GTM to new geographies via search
3) International P&L management:
- Own up the international P&L by working closely with the sales teams
- Take up initiatives to improve the P&L of the international geographies
4) New Opportunity Creation:
- Launch new product lines in the existing geographies
- Launch new geographies
- Activate new GTM channels such as TikTok and Influencers
What are We Looking For?:
- A collaborative attitude with a problem solving mindset
- BTech from a tier 1 engineering institute such as IIT/ NIT/ DTU/ NSUT or equivalent
- 6-9 years of experience in performance marketing at a consumer internet startup
- Excellent analytical ability
