Job Title: Performance Marketing Associate - Search (SEM)

Location: Gurgaon Experience: 1-3 Years | Budget Ownership: ~- 1 Cr/month

About the Role:

We are looking for a data-driven and proactive SEM specialist to join our Growth team. You will be responsible for managing and scaling both Indian and International Search Engine Marketing campaigns across Google and Bing Ads. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to take ownership and grow rapidly in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and scale Search Campaigns (Google & Bing) for India and International markets

- Conduct keyword research using SEMrush to identify new growth opportunities

- Create, monitor, and optimize search campaigns end-to-end

- Perform regular Search Query Reports (SQR) to eliminate inefficiencies and improve performance

- Drive new category launches through search channels

- Collaborate across teams and support other marketing channels as needed

Requirements:

- 1-3 years of experience in SEM at a consumer internet company or performance marketing agency

- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Bing Ads platforms

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-backed decisions

- Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Excel/Sheets

- Growth mindset with a founder-level ownership approach to problem-solving and experimentation
