Product Manager - Learning
About the Role:
We are looking for a Product Manager - Learning to work closely with the founder and build learning products using Claude Code and other AI tools.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role with end-to-end ownership, from identifying learning needs to designing, building and launching products across segments.
Responsibilities:
- Identify learning needs and translate them into product roadmaps by jamming with AI.
- Design product interfaces and user journeys using Claude Design.
- Create detailed product specifications and handover documents for the technology team to implement features using Claude Code and other AI-based coding tools.
- Directly vibe code product changes, raise merge requests and contribute to implementation when required.
- Track and analyse learning data to generate product insights and improve outcomes.
- Work closely with operations and technology teams to launch products across multiple segments.
- Own products from idea and prototyping to launch and iteration.
Requirements:
- B.Tech. from a leading engineering institute such as IIT, NIT, DTU or NSUT.
- Two to five years of experience in product management.
- Strong product thinking and analytical ability.
- Strong understanding of Claude Code and Claude Design, with the ability to independently execute products end to end.
- Ability to directly make product changes and raise merge requests.
- Strong execution skills and experience launching products across multiple segments.
- Keen interest in learning and pedagogy will be highly desirable.
- High ownership and comfort working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.
