About the Role :
- Analyze the search landscape and identify scalable organic growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute a high-impact SEO roadmap to increase traffic and conversions.
- Create and maintain a rolling 3-month editorial and SEO roadmap aligned with keyword opportunities, funnel stages, and product launches.
2. Content Leadership & Quality Control :
- Write and edit high-impact articles, landing pages, and conversion-driven content.
- Ensure strong E-E-A-T principles, storytelling, and persuasive messaging.
- Maintain high editorial standards with less than 5% revision rate.
3. Build & Manage the SEO Team :
- Build, manage, and mentor a team of 56 SEO specialists, writers, and freelancers.
- Recruit and train team members to maintain brand voice and SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Technology, and Growth teams on cross-functional SEO initiatives.
4. Implement AI-Driven Workflows :
- Design prompt libraries and workflows using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, etc.
- Enable writers to use LLMs for research, outlines, and initial drafts while maintaining originality and zero plagiarism.
- Pilot AI tools for keyword clustering, SERP analysis, and content optimization.
- Reduce content production cycle time by 40% while maintaining quality standards.
5. Optimize for Search & Conversion :
- Implement on-page SEO best practices including meta tags, headers, schema, and internal linking.
- Apply knowledge of Core Web Vitals, E-E-A-T, and algorithm updates to improve rankings.
- Integrate strong CTAs to drive demo bookings and trials.
- Achieve 30%+ uplift in organic sessions and 15%+ improvement in lead-to-demo conversions.
6. Technical SEO & Performance Tracking :
- Conduct regular SEO audits and monitor performance.
- Identify technical improvements and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal tech teams and external agencies to implement SEO improvements.
- Track performance using GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and analytics dashboards.
What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months) :
- Publish 10+ intent-driven content pieces per team member per week with strong quality control.
- Achieve 30%+ growth in organic sessions from content hub pages.
- Deliver 15%+ improvement in lead-to-demo conversions from organic traffic.
- Reduce content production cycle time by 40% through AI-enabled workflows.
- Maintain zero plagiarism incidents and strong E-E-A-T signals.
Must-Have Skills & Experience :
- 4-7 years of experience in SEO, content marketing, editorial, or growth marketing.
- Strong understanding of keyword research, search intent, and SEO strategy development.
- Hands-on experience with technical SEO, schema, internal linking, and Core Web Vitals basics.
- Proven experience managing SEO or content teams.
- Experience using AI/LLMs for content creation and optimization with strong quality control.
- Proficiency in GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and data analysis tools.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and editorial judgment.
Good to Have :
- Experience with programmatic or product-led SEO growth strategies.
- Exposure to K-12 education or learning platforms.
