Roles & Responsibility 1.Talent Acquisition - Lead a team of work from home recruiters and build strong candidate pipeline for all positions/key roles - Create campus relations and drive campus hiring strategy for the company 2. Engagement - Lead the engagement agenda of the organization - Collaborate with the leadership team on the formulation of key engagement strategies and solutions and be a part of the design and implementation of policy and process from scratch - Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction. 3. Induction - Design and deploy employee induction process for new campus hires - Owning up the company DNA and spreading it far and wide during the new campus hire induction 4. Talent & Performance Management - Lead the implementation & change of robust, consistent and flexible performance management system, linked to the remuneration system, putting the Talent Management framework in place - End to end employee lifecycle management, from entry to exit - Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results. 5. Capability Building - Design, Deploy and Anchor the capability agenda for the sales workforce - Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of a business. - Partner with Learning & Development to work on value-added programs in areas of training, development, career mobility, and job performance.
