Job Title: Entrepreneur in Residence - Growth Projects

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Entrepreneur in Residence to join our Gurgaon team. The ideal candidate will drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through content-led strategies, growth hacking, and performance-driven initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution skills and a passion for creating impactful content.

Key Responsibilities

Mission 1:

- Generate inbound traffic through 50+ highly searched courses created on the platform

- Work with a team of 10+ course creators to get courses created in a timely manner

- Provide appropriate feedback and own quality

- Make the courses live in a timely manner

- Track and monitor traffic, leads and revenue, and suggested product changes to improve the conversion rate

Mission 2:

- Generate inbound traffic through listings of commonly searched categories such as tutors, schools, day cares, etc

- Collect and organise listings data by working with freelancers

- Ensure data quality and accuracy

- Ensure timely Go Live dates for various listings

- Track and monitor data to improve SEO rankings, leads and revenue

- Come up with other Organic Growth initiatives and execute them at high speed

Required Experience

2-5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:

- Content-led Growth (P1)

- Growth Hacking (P2)

- Growth (P3)

- Business Development (P4)

- Prior SEO-related content writing experience is a big bonus.

- Online content writing experience is mandatory.
