About the Role:
We are looking for experienced and empathetic facilitators who can engage mid- to senior-level professionals through dynamic group sessions and impactful 1:1 mentoring. This role blends adult learning facilitation with coaching and mentoring, focusing on critical skills such as leadership development, executive communication, decision-making, storytelling, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Group Facilitation: Deliver high-impact live group sessions using interactive pedagogy such as:
- Case studies, role plays, structured reflection, and simulations.
- Peer-to-peer activities to promote collaboration, discussion, and applied learning.
Facilitate engaging discussions on topics such as:
- Leadership & People Management, Executive Communication, Decision-Making, Storytelling, Negotiation, AI for Career and Business, and more.
- Foster a psychologically safe and inclusive learning environment for professionals from diverse industries and experience levels.
1:1 Mentoring
Conduct personalized mentoring sessions tailored to the professional goals of each learner.
Enable professionals to build core thinking capabilities:
- Self-awareness, reflection, critical thinking, and structured decision-making.
- Identify learner needs, challenges, and growth areas; adapt the mentoring approach accordingly.
- Track progress, offer feedback, and encourage self-driven learning between sessions.

Skills and Experience We're Looking For
- Proven experience in coaching, training, or mentoring working professionals.

- Ability to assess learner needs quickly and tailor sessions accordingly.
- Certification in coaching, instructional design, or adult learning (preferred but not mandatory).
