Eligibility Criteria: - Willing to work 6 days a week - Willing to work in an early-stage startup and build everything from scratch - MUST HAVE 1-3 years of prior experience in a data focused role at a consumer internet or a Big 4 - MUST HAVE excellent analytical abilities - Relocatable/Working out of Gurgaon Roles and Responsibilities/Mission Statement: The Business Analyst will the sole custodian of the entire data management, reporting and analytics and will be the source of company wide intelligence The responsibilities would include 1) Creating a robust Sales MIS 2) Tracking key metrics of the company 3) Reporting key metrics on a daily basis 4) Sales incentive and teacher payout calculation 5) Tracking and analysing large volume of consumer data related to customers and teachers 6) Developing intelligence from data from various sources Ideal Candidate Profile - - 1-4 years of experience in a data-intensive position at a consumer business or a Big 4 firm - Excellent ability in advanced excel - Knowledge of other data analytics tools will be good to have - Exceptional analytical ability What are the behavioral attributes that we are looking for ? - A keen desire to drive the Business Analytics function for a fast-growing Series A funded early-stage startup - An apparent Founder's mindset i.e. A mindset where the person can own the business analytics function and shape it independently like a Founder
