Role - Senior Manager, Donor Engagement, Institutional Advancement Team
Plaksha University is seeking a detail-oriented, execution-focused professional to anchor donor servicing, reporting, and stewardship. This role is critical to ensuring regulatory readiness, timely reporting, and meaningful donor engagement-helping build long-term trust and credibility with our philanthropic community.
Location: Gurgaon
Job Description:
1. Donor Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare and submit donor reports (financial, programmatic, and impact) in alignment with audit and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate records of MoUs, pledge letters, drawdowns, and milestone-linked documentation.
2. Donor Engagement & Onboarding
- Manage donor communications including regular updates, milestone celebrations, and stewardship touchpoints.
- Coordinate onboarding of new donors-draft and finalize MoUs, pledge letters, and onboarding kits.
3. CRM & Dashboard Management
- Maintain updated donor information and engagement records in the CRM system.
- Build and manage dashboards to track donor pipeline, reporting status, and deliverables.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with finance, legal, communications, and program teams to gather timely, accurate inputs for donor servicing.
- Ensure alignment on fund utilization, donor-specific requirements, and reporting schedules.
5. Donor Events & Stewardship
- Support planning and execution of donor events on and off campus, including dedications, visits, and recognition activities.
- Curate stewardship experiences that reflect Plaksha's values and commitment.
Experience and Education:
- Education: Masters/Postgraduate in any field
- Experience: 8-12 years of relevant experience in donor/client servicing, investor relations, grant management, or institutional fundraising support.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Commitment to excellence, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage documentation and audit-compliant processes with high attention to detail.
- Proficient in CRM tools, Excel, and dashboard creation.
