Role: Associate Director - Masters Program (AI) and Executive Education

Plaksha University is seeking a capable and forward-looking leader to serve as Associate Director - Master's in AI & Executive Education. This dual-role offers a unique opportunity to build and scale two high-impact verticals: a full-time Master's Program in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and a dynamic Executive Education portfolio for professionals and industry leaders.

Job Responsibilities

- Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for both verticals with clear goals for reach, revenue, and impact.

- Attract high-quality students and professionals by leading targeted outreach, positioning, and engagement campaigns.

- Drive outreach, branding, and end-to-end admissions to attract high-quality learners across both verticals.

- Collaborate with Academic leaders and Faculty to ensure program relevance, rigor, and learner outcomes.

- Work with the Corporate Partnerships and Careers team to build strong industry linkages for placements, capstones, executive programs, and applied learning.

- Grow Executive Education offerings that tap into AI, Data Sciences, and Plaksha's unique interdisciplinary strengths.

- Track and deliver on key performance metrics including enrolment, learner satisfaction, and program revenue.

- Build and lead a lean, high-performing team with a focus on ownership, excellence, and innovation.

- Represent Plaksha in external forums to position it as a leader in AI and tech-enabled education.

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

- 10+ years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, or business leadership roles-preferably in education, executive learning, or the technology sector.

Demonstrated experience in:

- Designing and executing go-to-market strategies for educational or learning products.

- Leading outreach, admissions, or business development functions.

- Carrying and growing revenue and student outcome targets.

Skills and Attributes:

- Strategic thinker with a strong bias for execution and results.

- Strong understanding of the higher education and/or executive learning landscape.

- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.

- Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders-industry, faculty, learners.

- Persuasive communicator with strong storytelling and presentation skills.

- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and building from scratch.
