Placements Head - Non Employee Benefits - Insurance Business

Job Role: Placements Head

- Lead and oversee placement operations across multiple corporates, ensuring seamless delivery of services.

- Manage and guide a team of placement managers/executives, ensuring timely execution of RFQs, policy placements, and servicing.

- Drive strategic relationships with insurance companies for obtaining RFQs and competitive quotations.

- Oversee the end-to-end placement process including policy placement, post-placement servicing, claims handling, and employee enrolments/deletions in non-EB policies.

- Review and ensure accuracy of government-mandated reports and compliance-related documentation.

- Supervise claims scrutiny and resolution, ensuring efficient servicing of corporate clients.

- Represent the placement team in high-level client interactions with CXOs, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

- Prepare and review MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and clients.

- Drive operational excellence by setting KPIs, monitoring performance, and training team members.

- Coordinate and oversee agenda planning, preparing strategic notes and action items for senior management review.

Skills & Other Requirements:

Education : Postgraduate in any stream (Additional insurance qualifications preferred).

Experience :

- Minimum 8-12 years in insurance placement/servicing with at least 3-5 years in a team handling or leadership role.

- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, ensuring high productivity and quality delivery.

- Excellent client management skills with experience in engaging CXO-level stakeholders.

- Strategic mindset, self-driven and result-oriented, with a passion for building long-term business impact.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Sat off)
