About the Role:
The ideal candidate will play a key role in strengthening corporate relationships, enhancing placement quality, and improving overall student employability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance placement outcomes by engaging high-quality companies and improving the average and highest salary packages year-on-year.
- Build and nurture strong corporate relationships to facilitate student internships and job placements.
- Coordinate with recruiters to collect job descriptions, requirements, and specifications, and communicate opportunities to students promptly.
- Organize internships with companies that have a strong potential for PPO conversions.
- Guide and mentor students on interview preparation, resume building, and career readiness.
- Plan and execute campus drives, career fairs, and corporate networking events.
- Maintain and update placement records, reports, and analytics for management review.
