About the Role:

Pixis is entering a new phase.

Were looking for a hands-on Product Marketing Lead to bridge product and market, driving adoption for our AI platform (Prism + Adroom) and building the messaging, content, and proof points that bring our vision to life.

Youll work closely with our Chief Business Officer to define go-to-market strategies, craft compelling stories around our products, and support the Product and Growth teams in building a scalable PLG motion.

This role sits at the intersection of storytelling and strategy.

Equal parts creative marketer, strategic thinker, and GTM operator.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Narrative & Positioning:

- Develop clear, outcome-driven positioning and messaging for Prism and Adroom.

- Translate technical AI capabilities into value propositions that connect with marketing decision-makers.

- Support Stellar (agency marketing) by creating Powered by Prism stories, decks, and case studies.

Go-to-Market & PLG Enablement:

- Maintain and optimize the product-led growth funnel, collaborating with Product and Growth to refine onboarding, messaging, and activation flows.

- Track and report key PLG metrics (trial sign-ups, activation, conversion, churn) to inform marketing strategy.

- Partner with Product to test in-app messaging, nurture sequences, and onboarding content.

- Own launch deliverables: messaging briefs, landing pages, enablement decks, FAQs, and demo content.

- Build internal GTM playbooks and onboarding kits for both Stellar and Pixis teams.

Content & Storytelling:

- Write or oversee product content: one-pagers, explainer blogs, feature announcements, and thought leadership pieces.

- Create enablement assets for sales and agency teams (pitch decks, scripts, competitive comparisons).

- Support webinars, events, and PR with strong, product-led storytelling tied to measurable value.

Market & Customer Intelligence:

- Conduct lightweight competitive scans and collect field feedback to inform positioning.

- Monitor adoption, usage, and customer feedback from the PLG motion to refine messaging and demos.

- Translate data from product analytics into actionable insights for growth and retention campaigns.

- Contribute learnings to roadmap and pricing discussions.

Who You Are:

- 5-8 years experience in product marketing, GTM strategy, or SaaS content marketing, ideally for MarTech, AdTech, or AI tools.

- Hands-on operator.

- Youve written launch decks, built landing pages, and run GTM sprints.

- Strong grasp of how AI and automation are reshaping marketing workflows.

- Excellent storyteller and writer who can turn complexity into clarity.

- Collaborative.

- You thrive in cross-functional environments with Product, Growth, and Sales.

- Based in India and comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-style team.

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days):

- Launches clear product positioning and messaging for Prism.

- Ships first feature launch campaign (landing page + deck + email).

- Creates 2 joint case studies with existing clients.

- Produces first product explainer or demo video script.

- Establishes repeatable launch checklist + content library.
