Key Responsibilities:

- Define and drive product strategy, roadmap, priorities, and delivery plans.

- Manage the complete product lifecycle from requirements and discovery to development, launch, and continuous improvement.

- Understand government/client requirements and translate them into clear product requirements and actionable plans.

- Lead client meetings, requirement workshops, product demonstrations, reviews, and escalations.

- Lead and coordinate Product, Engineering, QA, UI/UX, and other cross-functional teams.

- Manage Jira backlogs, sprint planning, timelines, dependencies, risks, and releases.

- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of products and modules.

- Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and delivery outcomes.

- Mentor and develop product and technology teams while ensuring accountability and effective execution.

Required Experience & Skills:

- 6+ years of overall experience, including 5+ years of Product Management experience.

- Proven experience in developing and managing at least 3 products end-to-end.

- 2 - 3+ years of client-facing and stakeholder-management experience.

- 3+ years of hands-on Jira experience in backlog management, sprint planning, tracking, and reporting.

- Experience managing technical/cross-functional teams.

- Strong understanding of Product Strategy, Product Discovery, Roadmapping, Prioritization, Agile/Scrum, and Product Delivery.

- Telugu speaking is mandatory; strong English communication is required.

Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a senior product and operations leader with proven experience in product management, technology delivery, and client management, preferably in e-Governance or government technology environments. The ideal candidate should have a strong Product Management and client-facing experience. Experience leading technical and cross-functional teams.
