
About the Role:
- We are looking for a Software Product / Operations Manager to lead a team of developers, testers, and UI engineers for government technology projects.
- The candidate will act as the bridge between government clients and our internal software teams - managing requirements, guiding development, and ensuring successful implementation of modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with government clients to gather and document requirements for specific software modules.
- Manage cross-functional software teams (developers, testers, UI/UX).
- Plan, track, and deliver project milestones using tools like JIRA.
- Oversee module implementation and coordinate with government departments for go-live and support.
- Ensure smooth communication between client and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1+ year of work experience in any domain (experience in IT / BA roles preferred).
- Prior experience as a Business Analyst or using JIRA tools is a plus.
- Strong team management and coordination skills.
-Proficiency in Excel and basic SQL queries preferred.
- Excellent communication in Telugu (mandatory).
- Working knowledge of English and Hindi preferred.
