Key Responsibilities

Competitive Intelligence & Analysis:

- Conduct rigorous on-site and off-site analysis of web SEO competition to identify market gaps, opportunities, and competitive strategies.

- Lead comprehensive analysis of search performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, developing and presenting regular, insightful performance reports.

Strategy & Optimization:

- Spearhead detailed keyword research to identify high-value search terms and systematically optimize website content, meta-data, and technical elements for improved ranking.

- Maintain a thorough understanding of current web design and site structures to provide actionable recommendations for technical SEO improvements and optimal user experience.

Content & Link Management:

- Collaborate with the content team to guide the creation of high-quality, authoritative, and SEO-optimized content.

- Provide strategic assistance and optimization guidance for blog content to ensure maximum organic visibility.

- Execute and monitor robust backlink analysis, identifying high-quality link opportunities and mitigating risks from toxic links.

Industry Expertise:

- Actively research and remain up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and developments in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and SEO best practices.

Essential Qualifications

- Experience: 2 to 3 years of dedicated, hands-on experience as an SEO Analyst or similar role.

- Education: Mandatory MBA Degree (Master of Business Administration) is required.

Technical Proficiency:

- Proven working knowledge of Google Analytics for reporting, goal tracking, and performance analysis.
