About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned and strategic Account Director Social Media to lead large-scale, integrated campaigns and drive digital brand success.

The ideal candidate will have 11+ years of experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing social-first yet 360 brand campaigns across industries.

Youll be the key point of contact for clients, responsible for end-to-end campaign deliveryfrom strategy and creative to execution and performancewhile leading and mentoring a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end management of 360 digital and social media campaigns across multiple clients and industries.

- Act as the strategic partner and point of contact for senior client stakeholders.

- Guide internal creative, content, and media teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns.

- Develop and present social-first strategies aligned with broader brand and business goals.

- Monitor campaign performance and insights to drive ongoing optimization and innovation.

- Manage account health, profitability, resource allocation, and team performance.

- Stay updated on industry trends and platform innovations to keep clients ahead of the curve.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 11+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or integrated brand communications.

- Proven success in leading large-scale, multi-platform campaigns with strong client-facing experience.

- Strong understanding of digital platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.), trends, and analytics.

- Expertise in building brand strategy, content planning, influencer marketing, and performance optimization.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.

- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and mentoring mid to junior-level talent.

Nice to Have:

- Experience working in a digital/creative agency setup.

- Exposure to regional/international markets and consumer behaviour.

- Hands-on experience with social listening, ORM, or platform-specific tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Meltwater).
