We are looking for a Project Manager with strong experience in leading large-scale IT and digital commerce projects, skilled in Agile methodologies, PMO practices, and enterprise technology delivery.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery across multiple initiatives, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality execution.

This role requires strong leadership, the ability to manage cross-functional global teams, and expertise in IT project governance.

You will also contribute to establishing and strengthening the PMO as a global center of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets for multiple concurrent projects.

- Define project scope, allocate resources, and establish milestones in alignment with organizational objectives.

- Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity of objectives, accountability, and progress tracking.

- Implement risk management strategies, proactively identifying and mitigating potential issues.

- Maintain and enforce governance processes, documentation, and compliance (MSA, SRS, scope agreements, reporting).

- Prepare and deliver executive-level reports on project health, risks, and opportunities.

- Drive Agile project execution while ensuring alignment with organizational PMO standards.

- Facilitate project closure activities, including benefit analysis and lessons learned.

- Establish PMO best practices, expanding its role as a center of excellence for project delivery.

- Collaborate with consultants, senior analysts, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of client and internal initiatives.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Education: Bachelors degree required (Masters preferred).

- Experience: 5-10 years in project management/PMO, with exposure to large-scale enterprise IT or digital transformation projects.

- Certifications: PMP required; Agile/Scaled Agile certifications preferred.

- Proven track record in delivering complex IT and digital projects with measurable outcomes.

- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to drive global teams.

- Expertise in conflict resolution, stakeholder management, and governance.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills (verbal and written).

- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools, including JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, MS Excel, Visio, and related platforms
