Role Overview:

The CAPEX Procurement Manager is a critical role responsible for strategically sourcing and procuring capital equipment, machinery, and related services expansion and operational needs. This role collaborates closely with engineering, operations, and finance teams to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement of high-quality assets. The CAPEX Procurement Manager directly impacts the company's profitability and operational efficiency by optimizing procurement processes and building strong vendor relationships.

Responsible for end-to-end CAPEX procurement of plant & machinery, managing sourcing, negotiations, and execution for manufacturing projects, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle complete CAPEX purchase responsibility for plant & machinery including:

- Bottle filling lines

- Powder filling lines

- Batch mixing systems

- Soap & detergent manufacturing lines

- Coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, Projects, and Production teams to finalize technical specifications.

- Identify vendors/OEMs, float RFQs, evaluate techno-commercial offers, and finalize suppliers.

- Lead price negotiations, contract finalization, and Purchase Order release.

- Prepare and manage CAPEX budgets, cost comparisons, and investment proposals.

- Track order execution, delivery schedules, installation, and commissioning activities.

- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and statutory standards.

- Develop alternate suppliers and drive cost-optimization initiatives.

- Maintain complete CAPEX documentation, MIS reports, and audit records
