Position: Senior Business Analyst.

Location : Trivandrum.
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead the development of AI-powered Customer Experience (CX) solutions.
This role requires expertise in managing product lifecycles, defining strategies, and aligning innovative AI technologies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Lifecycle Management: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle for AI-driven CX solutions, from concept to launch.
- Vision and Strategy: Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market trends, customer insights, and business goals.
- Requirements Management: Gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
- Collaboration with Engineering: Work closely with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and drive product development.
- AI Integration (Preferred): Incorporate advanced AI technologies such as generative AI, large language models (LLMs), machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics to solve CX use cases.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- User Experience (UX): Collaborate with UX/UI designers to develop intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for AI-powered CX applications.
- Performance Tracking: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success and ongoing performance.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Drive the go-to-market strategy and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Thought Leadership (Preferred): Act as a subject matter expert in AI technologies, CX platforms, and industry trends, providing guidance to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in product lifecycle management and business analysis, preferably in AI-driven solutions.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in CX.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and design.
Preferred Skills:
