About the Company:
Pirimid FinTech is a service-based technology company specializing in the financial services domain.
We partner with banks, wealth-tech firms, trading platforms, payment companies, and neobanks to deliver high-quality software development and staff augmentation services.
Our expertise spans: Capital Markets (multi-asset trading systems), Bill Payments, Core Banking, Open Banking, and Personal Finance Management (PFM) applications.
Tech Stack: Java, React, Flutter, Docker, AWS.
About the Role:
We are seeking a Director of Sales to own and scale Pirimid Fintechs global revenue function.
This is a senior leadership role responsible not only for closing large, strategic deals but also for building the sales engine, defining go-to-market strategy, and creating a high-performing sales organization.
You will have end-to-end ownership of revenue targets, sales strategy, pipeline health, pricing discipline, and client expansion, with a strong focus on fintech-focused staff augmentation and project delivery services.
This role requires a blend of hands-on deal leadership, strategic thinking, and people management, with credibility to engage CXOs, CTOs, and Heads of Engineering at global fintech companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Revenue Ownership:
- Define and execute the overall sales strategy aligned with company growth goals.
- Own annual and quarterly revenue targets, forecasting, and pipeline coverage.
- Identify priority markets (US, Europe, Middle East, APAC) and vertical focus areas within fintech.
- Establish pricing frameworks, discounting rules, and margin guardrails.
Enterprise Sales & Deal Closure:
- Personally lead high-value and strategic deals from discovery to closure.
- Engage with senior decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, Heads of Product, Founders).
- Drive complex negotiations involving rate cards, SOWs, MSAs, and long-term contracts.
- Position Pirimids fintech domain depth as a competitive differentiator against large IT vendors.
Pipeline Building & Demand Generation:
- Build a predictable and scalable pipeline across staff augmentation and project-based engagements.
- Oversee outbound and inbound channels (LinkedIn, email, partnerships, referrals).
- Leverage existing client relationships for upsell, cross-sell, and case-study-led growth.
- Ensure CRM discipline, accurate forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
Pre-Sales & Solution Leadership:
- Guide discovery conversations to deeply understand client business, technology stack, and constraints.
- Collaborate with engineering and delivery leaders on solutioning, estimation, and proposal creation.
- Standardize sales artifacts: pitch decks, proposals, case studies, and rate cards.
- Ensure realistic scoping that balances client expectations, delivery feasibility, and margins.
Account Growth & Client Relationships:
- Act as an executive sponsor for key accounts.
- Drive account expansion through new engagements, extended teams, and multi-year partnerships.
- Capture structured client feedback and align with delivery leadership to ensure high CSAT.
- Convert satisfied clients into references, testimonials, and repeat business.
Sales Team Building & Leadership:
- Hire, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales and pre-sales team.
- Define sales KPIs, incentive structures, and performance review mechanisms.
- Coach team members on consultative selling, negotiation, and fintech domain positioning.
- Build a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Requirements Must Have:
- 6+ years of B2B sales experience in IT services, staff augmentation, or software outsourcing.
- Proven experience owning and exceeding large revenue targets (multi-crore / multi-million ARR).
- Strong background selling to international fintech clients (US, Europe, Middle East preferred).
- Deep understanding of T&M and fixed-price models, margin structures, and commercial risk.
- Experience building and leading sales teams from early to growth stage.
- Excellent executive communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-growing organization.
Good to Have:
- Prior experience selling fintech platforms (payments, trading, banking, lending, wealth-tech).
- Exposure to compliance-driven sales cycles (security, audits, regulated clients).
- Existing network within global fintech or financial services ecosystems.
- Experience working with founders in a scaling services company.
Why Join Us?:
- Direct influence on company growth and revenue direction.
- Opportunity to build and lead the sales organization ground-up.
- Strong fintech domain focus (not generic IT services).
- High visibility with founders and leadership.
- Clear path to long-term leadership and equity-linked growth opportunities.
